If it is a small amount when the car is idling or when first starting up then it's more than likely condensation and will stop when the exhaust heats up and is nothing to worry about.

On the other hand if it's bellowing out clouds of white smoke behind the vehicle as you drive then there's something more serious going on, possibly a faulty head gasket.
If this is the case be aware of the temperature gauge to ensure the engine doesn't overheat, which will cause more damage, and book it in to your preferred service centre for diagnostics and repair.
